Digital Gastronomy

This month's challenge will take you to the limit of food as you know it! Amit Zoran from Hebrew University will immerse you into what he calls hybrid recipes, merging traditional cooking with new digital tools. You will learn how world class chefs use digital gastronomy to personalise the taste, structure and aesthetics of their dishes and will get your hands on a hybrid recipe yourself. And if you can predict the next step for digital gastronomy we will reward you with a starter set 3D printer!
